Mustard with Buttermilk

Most people find it hard to swallow mustard with water. Instead, try adding 2 to 3 teaspoons of mustard into a cup of buttermilk. You may also add in a pinch of salt and some chopped cilantro to bring out the flavors.

Mustard with Honey

Honey is the best concealer for all kinds of treatment. Simply add about 2 teaspoons of mustard into warm water and finish off with 1 teaspoon of honey. Stir the mixture well and drink up.

Mustard Tea

Here’s a little treat:

  • Add 1 tbsp. of tea leaves into 2 glasses of boiling water
  • Let it diffuse and add 2 teaspoons of mustard powder,
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • And ½ teaspoon of shredded ginger
  • Continue to boil the mixture and then strain
  • Add honey and milk (optional)
